2 Book a tour
We encourage parents to visit the school during school hours so that they can get a firsthand look at how things are done at The Maples. We also encourage the prospective student to come for a full day visit to experience a class.
3 Submit an Application Package
Once you have seen the school and have decided to continue with the enrolment process, you will need to fill out an Application Package and submit documents to the school. At this point you may be put on the waiting list if spots in the program are not available.
4 Entrance Acceptance
The Maples will notify parents of acceptance shortly after the application has been received. You will be notified when a spot is available. At this time a $50 registration fee and a non-refundable $200 security deposit is submitted.
A $50 deposit is required for all students, including families with multiple children applying. This will be mailed or delivered with admission package.
Acceptance is not finalized until all payments and forms are received.
NSF cheques will incur a $35 service charge.
