  • 2 Book a tour

    We encourage parents to visit the school during school hours so that they can get a firsthand look at how things are done at The Maples Academy. We also encourage the prospective student to come for a full day visit to experience a class.

  • 3 Submit an Application Package

    Once you have seen the school and have decided to continue with the enrolment process, you will need to fill out an Application Package and submit documents to the school. At this point, a deposit cheque is submitted.

  • 4 Entrance Acceptance

    The Maples Academy will notify parents/guardians of acceptance shortly after the application has been received.

  • A $500 deposit is required for all students, including families with multiple children applying. This will be mailed or delivered with admission package.

  • Acceptance is not finalized until all payments and forms are received.

  • NSF cheques will incur a $35 service charge.

  • Full refund will be issued to any student not accepted.

  • Families with more than one child attending The Maples Academy will receive a discount on the second and subsequent children attending Grades 1 to 8.
